Balasanskara Kendra is a trust which is working as a sub-organization of Balagokulam. In 1989, on the occasion of the birth centenary of the founder of the Sangha, Swargiya Doctor G, the Balasanskara Kendra was started to provide cultural education to the children of the cities and slums who could not attend the weekly classes of Balagokulam. The aim of the trust is the educational, social, cultural and health development of the children i.e. all-round development’.

Personality development camps, study tours and discussion evenings. The trust carries out many activities such as art, literature and cultural activities. On May 5, 1989, on the fifth day of the month, Justice T.V. Ramakrishnan started the work by inaugurating the first personality development camp.

‘Shivaratri Music Festival’ since 1995 on the occasion of Mahashivratri. Conducted under the auspices of the Trust. Diwali celebrations and family gatherings are organized by the children’s culture center.

Apart from Aluva, child welfare centers are functioning in Kottayam, Chengannur and Kozhikode. 100 acres of land was found at Kanakamala and initiated the establishment of the International Sri Krishna Center there.

On the occasion of Sri Krishna Jayanthi, the ‘Janmashtami Puraskaram’ has been given since 1997 to individuals who bring the message of Krishna to people’s hearts. The first award was given to Sugata Kumari.
