Amrit Bharathi Vidyapeeth
Amrita Bharathi Vidya Peetham is a cultural and educational movement that has been working in Kerala since 1986.
In the field of non-formal education, Amrita Bharati’s education program is three years of cultural education and one year of study and research based on India’s unique heritage, precious cultural history, cultural language and mother tongue. Amrita Bharathi Vidya Peetham, based in Edapally, Kochi, conducts three-year cultural examinations.
1st year Prabodhini (10 to 17 year olds are classified as Bala Prabodhini and above 17 years are classified as Praudha Prabodhini) Prabodhini exam and second year Sandipani exam. Sandipani passers also write Bharti in 3rd year. Bharti passers are awarded the Bharti degree at the annual Ashirvada Sabha, certifying that they have completed three years of cultural education offered by Amrit Bharathi Vidyapeeth. Apart from Kerala, examination centers are functioning for Amrit Bharathi Vidyapeeth in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi and various foreign countries.
Online mode accepts application and prepares e-classes. Examination centers will be set up in each city centers and the examinations will be conducted directly. In addition to cultural education activities, Vishwajalakam is a reading room and a cultural library with Amrita Bharathi.
At the tertiary level, examinations are conducted in the name of Bharti every year on the day of Diwali in hundreds of examination centers within and outside Kerala. The exams are structured in such a way that anyone of any age can take the exam starting from eleven years (6th standard onwards). The curriculum of Amrit Bharathi Vidyapeeth for all levels is designed in a simple way so that you can study and achieve success by yourself.
A learner who has acquired cultural education along with formal education can develop a noble personality that does not get tired of difficulties and is not proud of its own achievements. This curriculum helps in this.
