The aim of Balagokulam is to impart the cultural spirit of the country to the new generation and bring up good citizens. Gokulam is an amalgamation of many virtues like purity of heart, pure love, care, idealism, nature-friendliness, patriotism, respect for mother tongue, creativity and willingness to serve. Balagokulam wants all-round development of children.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The State Executive Committee is the highest governing body of Balagokulam. Then zonal committees and district committees work by dividing the revenue districts into organizational districts for operational convenience. Then there are taluk samitis and mandal samitis. In the basic Gokulam, the guardian and organizer Balamitra and Bhaginipramukha are responsible for the curriculum. In addition, there is Gokula Samiti for children, Parents Samiti for adults and Working Committee.
